If you want to get six pack abs, you should not focus your exercises on the stomach area alone. Instead, you should use most of your time in doing big multi-joint exercises that work the largest muscle groups of the body like the legs, chest, and back.





You should also not fall for the fad diet gimmicks. It is because we should actually eat a balanced diet jam-packed with various foods from healthy natural sources of carbohydrates, proteins, and even fats.





Most supplements do not work, so my view is that it is better to invest your money on a personal trainer or books / e-books. If you still want to use supplements, it is recommended that you investigate the manufacturer first.





But remember, you may lose some fat for a few weeks or months with supplements. However, it will be useless in the long run because you should actually practice healthy routine to maintain your great body for the rest of life.
